Mixing paint:
Mix the main agent and curing agent evenly according to the ratio in the Meklon construction manual, the ratio is 2:1
Add a proper amount of diluent according to the construction environment and needs, stir evenly and let it stand for a while to allow the bubbles in the paint to be fully discharged.
Construction method:
Spraying: Use a spray gun to spray the prepared paint evenly on the surface of the car, keep the distance between the spray gun and the surface at 15-20 cm, move the spray gun at a uniform speed, generally need to spray 2-3 layers, each layer interval 10-15 minutes.
Brushing: For small area repairs or special parts, you can use a brush to brush, but the effect of brushing may not be as uniform as spraying.
Drying and curing:
Natural drying: At room temperature, let the paint surface dry naturally. The drying time is long, generally more than 24 hours. During the drying process, avoid dust and debris falling on the paint surface.
Baking and drying: Professional paint baking equipment can be used for baking. The baking temperature is generally 60-70 degrees Celsius and the baking time is 30-40 minutes. It can speed up the curing speed of the paint surface and improve the construction efficiency.
