Storage conditions:
Temperature requirements: The temperature of the storage environment should be maintained between 5 and 30 degrees Celsius. Too high a temperature may cause changes in the paint composition, such as accelerating the evaporation of solvents and affecting the stability of the paint; too low a temperature may cause the paint to thicken or crystallize, destroying the original performance of the paint.
Humidity control: The relative humidity needs to be maintained at 40% - 60%. Too high a humidity can easily make the paint damp, causing problems such as mildew and agglomeration; while too low a humidity may generate static electricity, adsorb dust and impurities to the surface of the paint, affecting the quality.
Light conditions: The storage place should avoid direct sunlight. Long-term light will cause the pigments in the paint to fade and decompose, and may also cause photochemical reactions in the chemicals in the paint, reducing the quality and service life of the car paint.
Ventilation: Good ventilation is the key. Ventilation helps to dissipate the small amount of volatile organic compounds that may exist in the paint, prevent them from accumulating in the storage space, avoid adverse effects on the quality of the paint, and also ensure the safety of the storage environment.
Packaging sealability: Whether it is paint or hardener, its original packaging should be kept sealed. Sealed packaging can prevent the entry of impurities such as air and moisture, ensuring that the paint is not contaminated or oxidized during storage.
